PLACING AN ORDER:
To place an order with DMC, call (413) 743-3500 Monday through Friday from 2 PM - 8PM EST and Saturday 9AM - 12PM EST during racing season, Saturday 9AM - 1:30PM EST during the off-season. Have as much information about the product in question as possible (Part Number, Manufacturer). We are in the process of getting all of our prices and products on this web site so please bear with us.
Also, if this is your first time ordering with DMC Racing, have your billing address, shipping address and credit card number ready. We will be handling all this information before your order will be taken to make sure your personal information is correct. If you have ordered from us before, have your six - letter customer ID ready. It will be the first four letters of your last name then the first two letters of your first name.
ORDERING: Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from the manufacturers, DMC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. (See Pricing below) DMC has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DMC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Everyone in the DMC Racing Shipping Department will make every effort to ship your package(s) on the day in which the order is made. If you place your order before 3:30 PM EST Mon - Fri, the package will be shipped on that day if the product is in stock at the time the order is received. Standard method of shipment is UPS Ground. You will be responsible for paying the shipment charges. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the size of your package and the total weight of all the items in your order.
Regular UPS Ground can take anywhere from one to five business days depending on where the destination is and they do not deliver packages on weekends (unless asked for Saturday delivery) or holidays. You have the option of UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, UPS Three Day or UPS Ground shipping. No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday. Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
BACKORDERS:
If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by calling us at (413) 743-3500.
PAYMENT:
Payments for products you have purchased at DMC Racing can be paid either with MasterCard, VISA, UPS COD or otherwise determined from previous discussions. (call for details) Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment.
UPS COD orders require a money order or certified check for payment. UPS will not accept cash so don't bank on using green to make the COD payment. No air packages will be shipped COD. There are some things that will not be shipped COD. Call (413) 743-3500 for more information.
RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date, Each package must have a return authorization number when returning, and you can obtain this number by calling during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The number must be written on the outside of the the package or it will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returned parts must be in clean, resellable condition, and be accompanied by the original invoice. Without the original invoice, the package will not be accepted. Any part that we feel has been used or mishandled will not be eligible for exchange or refund. If you purchased something that was a special order, that part can not be returned. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, no matter what! We cannot be responsible for typographical errors.
Note: No returns will be allowed for racing tires, NO EXCEPTIONS!

DMC Racing makes no warranties, expressed or implied, to you about the products. Any warranty claims are handled given by the manufacturer and are solely at their discretion. However, DMC Racing will make every attempt to help you with this process and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Remember one thing. Warranties of racing parts are a touchy subject. Each situation is different and due to differing conditions and situations under which parts are installed, the warranty might not be allowed. Be careful.
PRICING:
Be forewarned. Any prices you see in our online catalog may change at any time. We aim to keep the parts at reasonable prices. However, manufacturers' and wholesalers' prices sometimes increase and decrease and due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice.
There will sometimes be parts in this catalog that do not have pricing next to them. If the part you desire has this next to it, call (413) 743-3500 to receive the pricing.
Note: DMC Racing Products knows the business of selling parts at competitive prices. Many of the prices you may see in this catalog may not be what you are looking for, but the part may be. If you are interested, please call (413) 743-3500 and one of our dedicated sales people will give you the best possible price right there over the phone. We want to be your parts supplier and will do everything in our power to give you the best possible deals.
